Core Workstreams
Branding & Structural Design

Conceptualize and execute creative designs for branding, large-scale marketing campaigns, and promotional collateral.

Engineer packaging materials that balance market appeal with functional brand alignment.

Maintain and enforce rigorous brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all company touchpoints.

Interpret creative briefs to transform abstract ideas into tangible, engaging visual concepts.
Multimedia & Motion Production

Produce and edit high-quality video content for promotional use and social media engagement.

Develop animations and motion graphics using industry-standard tools to elevate our digital presence.

Support the broader marketing team during brainstorming sessions to integrate multimedia elements into product launches.

Stay ahead of design trends to keep the brand’s visual language modern and competitive.
Technical Execution & Quality Control

Prepare print-ready artwork files, ensuring absolute accuracy in typography, color profiles, and layout.

Manage the revision process, incorporating stakeholder feedback while maintaining the integrity of the design.

Oversee the technical standards for digital assets to ensure optimal performance across various platforms.

Curate and update a professional portfolio that reflects the evolving creative direction of the firm.
Expertise Profile
The Essentials

Education: Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts.

Experience: 3–4 years of proven expertise, with a strong emphasis on branding and packaging design.

Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Motion Tools: Competency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for video and animation.
