Trencor Contracting LLC is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Foreman to join its growing site team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a professional with hands-on experience in interior fit-out projects across the UAE.
The ideal candidate should be capable of supervising daily site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed according to project schedules and quality standards. Strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out site activities.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor materials, workmanship, project quality, and timelines.
• Read and interpret 2D AutoCAD drawings accurately.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with project requirements.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out projects.
• Diploma or higher qualification.
• Experience in carpentry, joinery, and finishing works.
• Strong team coordination and subcontractor management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• 2D AutoCAD drawings
• Site supervision and quality control
• Material planning and project scheduling
