- Monitor system usage and financial process performance, identify emerging trends or pain points, and propose targeted improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency.
- Escalate unresolved or high-complexity issues to appropriate technical support tiers, maintaining ownership of the issue until a viable resolution is confirmed.
- Support finance process owners in executing strategic initiatives by providing functional expertise, preparing documentation, and assisting with change management activities.

- 2–4 years of professional experience within a finance function, with demonstrated exposure to financial processes and accounting principles.
- Working familiarity with enterprise finance systems such as Oracle Financials, SAP, or PeopleSoft; practical experience using Oracle Financial Applications is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel capabilities sufficient to analyze data, generate reports, and support decision-making.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to diagnose system-related issues and propose practical, compliant solutions.
- Excellent organization and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize multiple support requests and process initiatives without compromising quality.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, comfortable communicating with finance users, process owners, and technical teams to translate between business language and system functionality.
- Advanced coursework or certification in Finance, Accounting, or Oracle Financial Systems is a plus, as is prior participation in system testing or process improvement efforts.
