Description:
IBTIKAR Holding is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join its growing team in Abu Dhabi. This position is suited for a finance professional with strong leadership abilities and extensive experience in financial management, planning, and business strategy within a corporate environment.
The selected candidate will oversee the organization’s financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards and UAE regulations, lead the finance team, and provide valuable financial insights that support business growth and long-term profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across the organization.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE financial regulations, and internal company policies.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, taxation, and general ledger functions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banking partners, and regulatory authorities.
• Develop financial strategies that support business growth and improve profitability.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CA professional qualification is highly preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, including at least 3 years in a Finance Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
• Arab National is preferred.
