GCC Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and lead its financial operations in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who is confident in managing core financial functions while working closely with senior leadership to support business growth and strategic decision-making.
The successful candidate will take ownership of cash flow management, payroll, budgeting, and financial compliance while leading the finance team. If you have strong leadership skills and a solid background in financial operations, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the company’s day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
• Oversee cash flow planning and ensure effective financial management.
• Supervise payroll processing and maintain compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Lead and mentor the finance team while supporting business strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience.
• At least 2 years of experience managing a finance team.
• Strong background in cash flow management and payroll operations.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with senior management.
