High End Films is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Account Coordinator to join its growing team in Dubai Studio City. Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day accounting and finance support to the team.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Handle VAT-related documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Assist with financial data entry using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Maintain organized records while meeting deadlines and company standards.
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of UAE accounting support experience (not an Accountant role).
• Experience in rental, logistics, or production companies is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Zoho Books or similar accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience handling VAT documentation.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Honest, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
