Role Overview

You will be the face of Tuishi in the Coast Region, going into communities to explain the value of health and funeral cover and to get new members signed up. Day to day, you will manage registrations, guide members through small claims and service activations, and build lasting trust with individuals and community leaders so that Tuishi becomes the first name people think of when they need a safety net.

Key Responsibilities

• Register new members accurately during home visits, community gatherings, markets, hospital visits, and workplace outreach sessions.
• Educate community groups on the differences between the Medical Cover, Last Expense Cover, and the Inkind Envelope—what each option genuinely covers and how to access it.
• Help members complete service activations and walk with them through claim procedures from first notification to final submission.
• Identify and visit new meeting points such as village forums, religious gatherings, local businesses, and health centres to expand Tuishi’s reach.
• Keep honest, up-to-date records of all registrations, pending applications, and follow-up tasks.
• Answer questions about membership eligibility, payment processes, and how benefits are delivered, correcting misinformation where it exists.
• Grow Tuishi’s presence by building personal relationships with local stakeholders and gathering feedback to improve the member experience.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills—comfortable speaking to both small groups and individuals from varying backgrounds.
• Self-motivated with the ability to plan your own route and manage your time without constant supervision.
• A resident of the Coast Region or willing to relocate there for this assignment.
• Genuine passion for serving under-served communities and helping people access vital protection.
• Ability to explain complex concepts in simple, relatable language.
• Basic record-keeping skills and an organised approach to daily paperwork.
