We are looking for resilient, persuasive individuals who can balance firm recovery tactics with professional ethics to maintain the company’s financial health across multiple regions.

  • Prioritize recovery actions by analyzing account aging and identifying high-risk profiles.

  • Conduct intensive field visits to locate clients who have relocated or are avoiding communication.

  • Execute tracing activities for "skip" accounts to minimize the rate of written-off debt.

Negotiation & Debt Settlement

  • Engage with clients to understand obstacles to payment and negotiate viable settlement plans.

  • Facilitate the collection of full or partial payments while maintaining a respectful but firm approach.

  • Issue formal payment reminders and clearly articulate the consequences of non-compliance.

  • Escort difficult or non-cooperative cases to the supervisory level for further legal or administrative action.

Risk Mitigation & Reporting

  • Identify early red flags of potential default or fraudulent activity and report them immediately.

  • Scale: Join a large-scale recruitment drive with opportunities for growth into supervisory roles.

  • Regional Impact: Work within your local community or preferred region across Kenya.
