Gulf Inn Hotel is looking for an experienced and motivated F&B Supervisor to join its hospitality team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and have proven experience managing food and beverage operations in a hotel environment.
The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, lead the F&B team, maintain high service standards, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. Candidates with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience using hotel management systems are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure efficient service.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction levels.
• Lead, train, and motivate the Food & Beverage team.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure consistent service quality.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless daily operations.
• Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist with staff scheduling and operational planning.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an F&B Supervisor in a hotel.
• Experience using IDS or Opera hotel management software is required.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to manage daily operations, staff scheduling, and guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
