EYFS Teacher / SENCO / Arabic Co-Teacher

Role Overview

Chubby Cheeks Nursery is recruiting for early years teaching, special educational needs coordination and Arabic co-teaching roles in Dubai. Depending on the position, you will lead age-appropriate learning, help children with additional needs access classroom activities, or support Arabic-language learning while contributing to children’s social and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging learning experiences suited to young children’s ages and developmental stages.
• Support children’s educational, social and emotional progress through attentive, age-appropriate teaching.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming classroom where children can participate and learn.
• Use classroom management approaches and teaching methods aligned with nursery guidance and curriculum expectations.
• For the SENCO role, identify and provide appropriate support for children with additional educational needs.
• For the Arabic co-teacher role, contribute native Arabic language support to children’s learning.
• Work with colleagues and parents to share observations and support children’s progress.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experienced, committed education professionals with a strong interest in children’s learning and development.
• EYFS Teacher: Bachelor’s degree in Education or CACHE Level 3; knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage and early childhood development.
• SENCO: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or Psychology, or CACHE Level 3 SEN; understanding of support for children with additional educational needs.
• Arabic Co-Teacher: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline and native Arabic proficiency.
• Relevant capability in classroom management and planning children’s learning activities.
