Rasasi Imtiyaz Group is looking for an experienced Export Sales Manager to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export sales within the perfume industry, along with excellent analytical and relationship management skills to support international business operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing overseas customer relationships, coordinating export activities, analyzing pricing and profitability, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order execution and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen relationships with international distributors and customers.
• Coordinate daily communication regarding quotations, orders, shipments, and export documentation.
• Calculate product pricing while ensuring target profit margins are achieved.
• Analyze costs and profitability before approving commercial offers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Prepare sales reports and contribute to business growth through effective account management.
Requirements:
• Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 4–5+ years of export sales experience within the perfume industry.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to calculate pricing, margins, and profitability.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of:
