Executive Driver
Salary Range: KSh 30,000 – KSh 35,000 monthly
Location: Lavington, Nairobi (with local & countrywide travel)

Reporting to executive management or office administration, the Executive Driver will deliver top-tier, reliable transportation services to company directors and VIP guests. The role demands defensive driving mastery, impeccable vehicle maintenance, route efficiency, absolute discretion, and readiness for frequent local engagements and long-distance trips across Kenyan counties.
Transport company directors, executive management, and authorized clients to meetings, airport transfers, corporate functions, and off-site assignments.
Plan optimal journey routes taking into account traffic bottlenecks, weather, road conditions, and security factors across Nairobi and upcountry locations.
Maintain strict punctuality to ensure passengers arrive at appointments and business engagements on time.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle safety checks to inspect tire pressure, oil levels, coolant, brakes, and electrical systems.
Keep assigned executive vehicles clean, pristine, fueled, and stocked with necessary passenger amenities.
Track vehicle service intervals, insurance renewals, inspection certificates, and official documentation.
Log all journeys, mileage, fuel purchases, and maintenance events accurately in official vehicle logbooks.
Operate executive vehicles safely adhering strictly to Traffic Act provisions, speed limits, and defensive driving principles.
Uphold confidentiality regarding executive conversations, phone calls, business travel itineraries, and sensitive company information.
Report mechanical defects, road incidents, or traffic occurrences immediately to management.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as an Executive Driver or Personal Chauffeur driving company directors, executives, or VIPs.
Licensing: Valid, clean Kenyan Driving License (Classes A, B, C, E).
Clearance: Valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance Certificate).
Route Mastery: Extensive knowledge of Nairobi residential/commercial zones (Lavington, Westlands, Upper Hill, CBD) and national highways for upcountry travel.
Professionalism: Courteous demeanor, high level of integrity, neat personal grooming, and absolute discretion.
Driving Skills: Advanced defensive driving capabilities and sound spatial awareness.
Communication: Clear verbal communication and customer care skills.
Primary Base: Lavington, Nairobi
Travel Scope: Regular long-distance travel across various counties in Kenya
Working Nature: Full-Time (Flexible hours aligned with executive schedules)
