Role Overview
As a PSV Driver with Amicabre Travel Services, you will transport passengers safely and reliably while navigating Nairobi and its surrounding areas. The role calls for an experienced driver who can follow road-safety requirements, communicate clearly with passengers, and represent the service professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive passenger-service vehicles safely and responsibly on assigned routes.
- Use detailed knowledge of Nairobi’s roads, residential estates, and nearby areas to navigate effectively.
- Observe traffic laws and the conditions of your PSV and driving licences.
- Communicate with passengers in fluent English and maintain a professional manner.
- Keep a well-groomed and presentable appearance while on duty.
- Provide recommendation letters from previous recognised employers or institutions as part of your application.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least eight years of continuous driving experience.
- Minimum education level: Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE).
- Valid PSV licence and valid driving licence covering classes ABCE, D1, D2, and D3.
- Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
- Strong familiarity with Nairobi roads, estates, and surrounding areas.
- Fluent in English and well groomed.
- Aged between 30 and 45 years.
- Recommendation letters from former recognised employers or institutions.
