ATL Global Business, an internationally oriented recruitment and consultancy firm based in Kenya, is partnering with a premium lifestyle and concierge business to find a polished, proactive Executive Assistant. This role provides direct support to the CEO/Managing Director and is central to keeping the executive’s day-to-day operations organized, efficient and on track.
As the Executive Assistant, you will manage busy diaries, prepare meeting materials, coordinate stakeholders and handle confidential matters with complete discretion. This is a fast-paced, varied role for someone who thrives on ownership, follow-through and high standards of professionalism.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Secretarial Studies, Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Sound judgement and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Proven follow-through and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Confidence dealing with senior professionals and external stakeholders.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other business productivity tools.
- A proactive, practical approach to work with a willingness to take ownership.
- Professional, reliable, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO/MD’s diary, meetings, appointments and business commitments.
- Coordinate meetings, calls, travel and other business arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials, presentations, reports, correspondence and briefing documents.
- Manage and follow up on correspondence and action points as required.
- Keep track of deadlines, commitments and outstanding matters.
- Liaise with clients, partners, suppliers and other stakeholders on behalf of the CEO/MD.
- Ensure the Managing Director is well prepared for meetings and key engagements.
- Maintain organized records, documents, contacts and business information.
- Support the Managing Director with projects, research and other business priorities.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgement.
