HMIS Implementation & Operations Specialist: Deploy and support health information systems, train users, and ensure operational continuity.
EQMS Implementation & Quality Systems Specialist: Lead quality systems rollout, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement.
Service Centre Unit Lead (L2): Oversee service desk operations, manage escalations, and ensure high‑quality support.
Project Coordinator: Manage project timelines, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
Support Officer – HMIS: Provide frontline HMIS support, troubleshoot issues, and maintain service desk standards.
Marketing & Communications Specialist: Develop communication strategies, manage brand messaging, and support outreach initiatives.
