Description:
Al Mansoor Group is hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Production Engineer to join its Filter Production Unit in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career engineers who are eager to build hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and grow within the production and engineering field.
The selected candidate will support daily production operations, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to fabrication processes, quality standards, and engineering workflows in a structured industrial setup.
The role requires strong willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work in coordination with design, production, and QA teams to ensure efficient output and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and execution of daily production activities
• Support management of manpower, materials, and machine operations
• Interpret 2D fabrication drawings and basic 3D models
• Ensure compliance with welding standards and quality requirements
• Coordinate effectively with design and QA teams
• Support continuous improvement in production efficiency
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome
• Basic understanding of fabrication drawings and welding processes
• Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of:
• Manufacturing and fabrication fundamentals
• Basic engineering drawing interpretation
• Production coordination processes
