VaporVM is seeking a skilled End User Support Engineer to join its IT team in the UAE. This opportunity is ideal for an IT professional with hands-on technical support experience and a strong background in troubleshooting end-user systems and enterprise IT environments.
The selected candidate will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, resolve hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure timely resolution of support requests while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and Microsoft 365-related issues.
• Support Active Directory/Entra ID, VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity, and user account management.
• Manage IT support tickets and resolve issues within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
• Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and IT asset management.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in IT or End User Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
