Role Overview
This electrical engineering role focuses on applying sound technical knowledge to the planning and delivery of electrical work. The successful candidate will use design tools and project coordination skills to help ensure work is organised, technically appropriate and completed to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and update electrical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Apply electrical engineering principles when reviewing designs and technical requirements.
- Coordinate project activities, schedules and resources to support timely delivery.
- Organise project documentation and maintain clear records of design decisions and progress.
- Work with relevant project participants to address technical issues and keep work aligned with requirements.
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on outstanding actions throughout project delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- At least five years of relevant professional experience.
- Graduate Engineer registration with EBK and a valid Certificate of Good Standing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong knowledge of electrical systems.
- Strong project management and organisational skills.
- A PBC Certificate from KIHBIT is an added advantage.
