Description:

Erica Wilson Inc is looking for an experienced E-commerce Coordinator to manage and enhance its Shopify storefront. The company is a heritage women’s clothing and needlework brand founded in 1963, combining traditional craftsmanship with modern online retail growth.

The selected candidate will oversee daily website merchandising, product updates, quality control, and coordination with marketing teams to ensure a smooth and visually engaging online shopping experience. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with Shopify experience and an interest in fashion, lifestyle, or textile industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily Shopify store updates, merchandising, and website maintenance.

• Upload and update product listings, images, descriptions, and collections.

• Ensure product information is accurate, seasonal, and visually appealing.

• Review the website regularly to identify and resolve errors such as broken links, incorrect content, and image issues.

• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for seasonal launches and promotional campaigns.

• Support inventory updates and ensure product availability information is accurate.

• Maintain a high-quality digital shopping experience for customers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Shopify stores.

• Experience with product uploads, collection merchandising, and website content updates.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve website issues.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, textiles, or e-commerce is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of:
