Driver – Security Company

On behalf of our client in the security sector, we are seeking a highly disciplined and professional Driver to support daily security and operational activities in Nairobi. This role goes beyond routine transportation—it requires someone who can confidently support field deployments, emergency response operations, client site visits, and administrative errands while upholding the highest standards of safety, confidentiality, and professionalism.

This is a full-time position based in Nairobi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless movement of personnel, equipment, and operational resources while maintaining strict discretion and operational integrity.

Requirements

• Valid Kenyan Driving Licence – Class B, C1, or applicable category
• Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience
• Mandatory experience in a security firm or corporate environment
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct
• Strong discipline, reliability, safety awareness, and professionalism
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in operational environments
• BA/BSc/HND or equivalent is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Safely transport personnel, management, clients, and operational equipment to designated locations
• Support field deployments, staff relief, and rapid emergency response operations
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Ensure company vehicles remain clean, safe, and properly maintained
• Track vehicle servicing schedules, fuel usage, mileage, and maintain accurate logbooks
• Deliver operational supplies, uniforms, and documents to various client sites
• Handle office errands, including banking, statutory submissions, and document courier duties
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information, site routes, and operational activities
• Provide professional customer service and report client concerns to management
