Job Vacancy: Draftsman / Draftswoman
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed quantity estimations and perform material analysis based on CAD drawings and approved bill of quantities.
· Carefully review technical drawings, specifications, and design details related to carpeting projects provided by clients.
· Develop accurate AutoCAD layouts including carpet seaming plans, carpet layouts, and roll plans for approval, production, and on-site installation.
· Coordinate closely with the installation team to ensure plans are properly followed during project execution.
· Create carpet production layouts and collaborate with the design team to finalize roll planning and material utilization.
· Conduct site inspections before and after carpet installation to ensure accuracy and quality compliance.
· Attend client meetings alongside the sales team when required to provide technical clarification and design support.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in a similar drafting or technical role within the carpeting or interior fit-out industry.
