Job Description

Orthox Clinic is seeking a DHA Compliance & Admin Officer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, and medical training who can effectively manage documentation and ensure compliance with DHA requirements.

The successful candidate will support medical training programs, coordinate regulatory submissions, maintain compliance records, and assist with day-to-day administrative operations. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, submit, and follow up on DHA NOC, CME accreditation, KHDA course applications, and other regulatory submissions.

• Coordinate documentation for medical workshops, training courses, speakers, trainers, and committee members.

• Support CME/CPD accreditation processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Maintain application trackers, approvals, and supporting documentation.

• Coordinate with doctors, trainers, speakers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Assist with course administration and general office activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, medical training, DHA compliance, or a similar role.

• Knowledge of DHA NOC, CME, and CPD procedures is preferred.

• Must currently be based in Dubai.

• Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.

• DHA Compliance and Regulatory Procedures

• CME/CPD Accreditation Processes

• Microsoft Office and Administrative Documentation
