Job Description

Role Overview

You will be the dependable link between our operations and the clients, suppliers, and field teams who rely on timely, secure deliveries. Each day involves planning efficient routes, driving both cars and motorcycles, and making sure every package, document, or piece of equipment reaches its destination in perfect condition. This role matters because your punctuality and care directly protect our reputation for reliable service and professional client interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled deliveries of products, official paperwork, and equipment to customer locations, supplier premises, and internal company sites.
  • Switch between company cars and motorcycles as needed to choose the most efficient vehicle for each route and delivery type.
  • Ensure every delivery is properly documented by collecting signed delivery notes, receipts, and proof-of-delivery confirmations before moving on to the next stop.
  • Inspect vehicles and motorcycles at the start of each shift, log any maintenance concerns, and keep the fleet clean and presentable.
  • Safely load, secure, and unload cargo, taking care to prevent damage and confirm that quantities match the accompanying paperwork.
  • Use smartphone navigation apps to navigate traffic, avoid delays, and adjust routes in real time when conditions change.
  • Communicate courteously with clients during handoffs, and immediately report accidents, unexpected delays, or other road incidents to management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with current endorsements covering both passenger cars and motorcycles.
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a commercial delivery driver, courier rider, or corporate logistics driver.
  • Solid working knowledge of local streets, major arterials, and alternate city routes, with comfortable use of GPS and mapping apps.
  • Previous delivery experience for corporate clients, logistics companies, or technology firms is a strong advantage.
  • Clean driving record and a proven approach to defensive driving, traffic law compliance, and safe cargo transport.
  • Adequate physical fitness to lift, load, and unload shipments of varying size and weight throughout the workday.
