- Assess requests against applicable warranty and service guidelines, escalating cases that need technical diagnosis or further review.
- Explain service procedures and expected next steps, share progress updates, and follow up on unresolved or delayed cases.
- Offer practical guidance on product use, routine care, warranty coverage and available aftersales support channels.
- Log products received from feeder shops, label them appropriately and arrange their handover to technicians.
- Prepare repaired products for return to the correct feeder shop, coordinating dispatch and updating relevant records.
- Keep customer cases and product movements documented in CRM and service systems, and promptly flag discrepancies, delays or missing items.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service, aftersales support, service centre or shop operations, technical assistance, or a related area.

- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform initial product screening and basic troubleshooting, and to recognise when technical assessment is needed.
- Careful record-keeping and confidence updating customer, service and inventory information in digital systems.
