EOBEX | Shipping & Logistics is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting logistics operations in a fast-paced and professional environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipment updates, preparing quotations, and ensuring prompt resolution of customer concerns. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build positive customer relationships are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the operations team to provide timely shipment updates.
• Prepare customer quotations and follow up on service requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the shipping process.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Support daily customer service and administrative activities.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Previous experience in the shipping or logistics industry is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of the English language.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
