Role Overview
This role combines customer support with hands-on photography and video production. You will create visual content featuring products, projects, events, and customer experiences, while helping customers with enquiries and quotation requests; your work will support both day-to-day service and the marketing team’s activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and capture clear, high-quality photos and videos of products, projects, events, and customer experiences.
- Edit visual content for use across relevant marketing and communication channels.
- Organise and maintain the media library so completed assets can be found and reused efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally, including requests for quotations.
- Provide practical photography and media support to the Marketing Department during events.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales colleagues to gather and compile project information.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Demonstrated photography and videography experience, with a portfolio that shows the quality and range of your work.
- Working knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or comparable tools.
- Clear, professional communication skills for handling customer questions and working with internal teams.
- A proactive, dependable approach and a focus on completing work to a high standard.
