Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive CRM Specialist to independently manage Customer Relationship Management(CRM) processes. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Odoo, Cezcon, or similar CRM software. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for tracking leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing channels, assigning leads to Business Development Executives (BDEs), monitoring follow-ups and generating reports on sales performance, revenue, profitability, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and administer the company's CRM system independently.

· Receive and organize leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads and other marketing sources.

· Assign leads to Business Development Executives (BDEs) and monitor the progress of every lead from initial inquiry to closure.

· Ensure timely follow-up by the sales team and update CRM records accordingly.

· Track lead status, conversions, lost opportunities, quotations, and closed deals.

· Generate daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.

· Prepare dashboards showing:

Eg: Total leads generated , Lead sources ,Lead allocation , Follow-up status , Closed business ,Revenue generated ,Profitability analysis, Sales performance by executive.

· Maintain accurate customer records and sales history.

· Coordinate with the Sales and digital Marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion respectively.

· Configure CRM workflows, automations, reminders, and reporting features where applicable.

· Ensure all customer data is accurate, complete, and up to date.

· Train or guide users on CRM best practices if required.

· Maintain CRM data security and integrity.

Required Skills

· Strong hands-on experience with Odoo CRM, Cezcon CRM, or other leading CRM platforms.

· Excellent understanding of CRM implementation, customization, workflow management, and reporting.

· Ability to manage CRM operations independently without assistance.

· Strong analytical and reporting skills.

· Experience in lead management and sales pipeline tracking.

· Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads lead integration into CRM systems.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· knowledge in handling Microsoft office.

Qualifications

· CRM Certification is mandatory (eg: Odoo, Cezcon , Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent).

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT,Marketing, Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 2 years of mandatory hands-on experience as a CRM Specialist or CRM Administrator.

· Experience in the racking, shelving, construction, industrial, or related sectors will be an added advantage.
