Role Overview
This position bridges creative communication with technical platform management. Day to day, you will maintain the company website and CRM system, create visual and written content for social media and marketing campaigns, and ensure that digital tools support both internal workflows and customer engagement. Your work directly strengthens the brand’s online presence and helps the organisation respond faster to feedback and market changes.
Key Responsibilities

- Produce original graphics, short videos, and photographs for social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Manage the organisation’s social media profiles, schedule posts, and monitor audience engagement across platforms.
- Administer the CRM database: add and correct customer records, run basic reports, and support team members with system access or data queries.
- Shoot and edit photos and video clips for internal communications, product launches, or corporate events.
- Gather customer feedback from surveys, support tickets, and social comments, then compile findings into monthly summaries for service improvement.
- Perform light coding on the website (HTML/CSS) and CRM to resolve errors, update layouts, or integrate new features.
- Track performance metrics for the website, social channels, and CRM, and prepare regular dashboards for the marketing and leadership teams.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a closely related field.
- At least three years of professional experience in digital communications, website management, or digital marketing roles.
- Hands on experience managing a CMS (WordPress or similar) and a CRM platform (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or an equivalent).
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Basic photography and videography skills, including simple video editing (e.g., using Premiere Pro or CapCut).
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for website adjustments and troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise competing deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
