Coffee & Beverage Lead

Memories by L’ETO is looking for an experienced Coffee & Beverage Lead to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a passionate coffee professional who can shape an exceptional coffee program, develop innovative beverages, and oversee daily operations while delivering an outstanding guest experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in building a specialty coffee culture, from bean sourcing and roasting to brewing techniques, beverage development, and customer engagement. This opportunity offers the chance to lead a dedicated brewing bar focused on craftsmanship, quality, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the specialty coffee and beverage program.

• Oversee daily operations of the brewing bar.

• Develop innovative coffee beverages and recipes.

• Manage bean sourcing, roasting, and brew quality standards.

• Ensure exceptional coffee presentation and guest experience.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.

• Maintain consistent beverage quality and operational excellence.

• Foster a welcoming, guest-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in specialty coffee, beans, brewing, and extraction.

• Experience with coffee roasting and roast profiling.

• Excellent sensory evaluation and tasting skills.

• Experience in beverage and recipe development.

• Genuine curiosity about coffee and a passion for continuous learning.

• UAE-based experience within the specialty coffee or hospitality industry.

• Experience leading and developing small teams.

• Confidence working in an open, guest-facing environment.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Guest-focused, detail-oriented, and hands-on approach.
