Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Talent Development

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team to consistently hit and exceed individual and collective KPIs.

• Conduct structured performance evaluations, providing the coaching and feedback necessary for staff professional growth.

• Manage the full talent lifecycle, including the recruitment, training, and retention of high-potential employees.

• Cultivate a workplace culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and service excellence.

Operational Efficiency & Compliance

• Oversee the full spectrum of daily branch activities to ensure seamless service delivery and workflow optimization.

• Enforce strict compliance with all internal company policies and relevant regulatory frameworks.

• Implement robust inventory control systems to manage stock levels effectively and minimize shrinkage or losses.

• Continuously refine operational processes to reduce risk and enhance the overall efficiency of the branch.

Financial Oversight & Market Growth

• Develop and manage the branch budget, maintaining a hawk-eye focus on expense control and cost reduction.

• Analyze monthly financial statements to identify performance trends and implement necessary corrective actions.

• Formulate and execute local business development strategies to increase revenue and branch profitability.

• Build and sustain high-value relationships with key stakeholders, corporate clients, and local partners.

Strategy & Performance Reporting

• Provide senior management with accurate, data-driven reports on branch health, revenue growth, and operational challenges.

• Design and execute long-term strategic plans that align with the broader company objectives.

• Identify untapped market opportunities and recommend product or service enhancements based on local customer feedback.

Qualifications & Background

Professional Profile

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, branch management, or large-scale operations.

• Leadership: Proven background in coaching and managing diverse teams within a fast-paced environment.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in budgeting, basic accounting, and modern stock management systems.
