Core Competencies

Beverage Engineering & Quality Control

• Formulate and serve a diverse menu of espresso drinks, specialty teas, fresh juices, mocktails, and seasonal refreshments strictly according to brand recipes.

• Secure complete consistency in beverage flavor profiles, artistic presentation, and optimal serving temperatures across every order.

• Maintain, calibrate, and operate commercial espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and carbonation tools safely and efficiently.

Atmosphere Curation & Guest Relations

• Welcome arriving patrons with authentic warmth, creating an immediate sense of comfort and high-end hospitality.

• Engage proactively with lounge guests, answering menu formulation questions, predicting preference needs, and managing special orders with poise.

• Cultivate a lively, social, and smooth lounge atmosphere, supporting active event calendars, music curation, and entertainment setups to maximize customer retention.

Station Sanitation & Inventory Logistics

• Maintain absolute, continuous cleanliness across the main lounge floor, serving bars, seating enclaves, and technical beverage preparation counters.

• Monitor real-time ingredient volumes, dairy products, coffee beans, and garnishes, compiling precise daily stock lists for replenishment.

• Enforce unwavering compliance with international food handling standards, public health sanitization paths, and corporate service codes.

Order Administration & Team Collaboration

• Process customer selections through the point-of-sale (POS) terminal, executing accurate cash and mobile money transactions with zero ledger errors.

• Coordinate fluidly with kitchen teams, floor runners, and event hosts to ensure rapid order delivery and uninterrupted service flow.

• Manage shift handovers methodically, reconciling cash drawers, cleaning equipment, and setting up the station for succeeding teams.

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum Entry Criteria

• Academic Foundation: Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, Professional Barista Training, or a matching practical discipline.

• Operational History: Proven hands-on experience working as a Barista, Lounge Attendant, DJ, or within high-volume bar and entertainment operations.

• Technical Acuity: Solid functional knowledge of coffee grinding adjustments, milk texturing, brewing extraction windows, and basic beverage mixology.

• Schedule Flexibility: Complete willingness and availability to work highly flexible rosters, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
