Role Overview
A Dubai restaurant is seeking a hands-on Barista to prepare coffee and specialty drinks while welcoming guests and helping service run smoothly. The role combines consistent drink-making, attentive customer care and responsible upkeep of the coffee station, including during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee and other specialty beverages with care and consistency.
- Engage with guests, respond to their needs and contribute to a friendly dining experience.
- Maintain beverage quality and presentation when service is busy.
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised and replenished with supplies.
- Follow food hygiene, safety and restaurant service procedures.
- Coordinate with colleagues to support efficient day-to-day restaurant operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience working as a Barista is required.
- Good working knowledge of coffee preparation, beverage presentation and café operations.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
- A genuine interest in coffee and providing thoughtful hospitality.
- Friendly, energetic approach and the ability to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
- Available to attend an in-person interview and practical coffee trial in Dubai.
