Key Responsibilities

- Compile and maintain project status reports and all supporting documentation under the Coordinator’s guidance.
- Monitor deadlines and task progress across the team, flagging any blockers or delays early.
- Coordinate equipment and material usage, arranging timely deliveries to project sites.
- Update project timelines and calendars, notifying internal teams and clients of changes as directed.
- Support quality checks by gathering findings for review and helping enforce safety and security protocols on site.
- Manage logistics for transport, site access, and travel documentation when needed.
- Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them to the Project Coordinator promptly.
- Lead team huddles, allocate work, and maintain clear communication across all client and internal correspondence.
- Continuously learn about electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) and project management best practices, sharing insights with the team.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical, electronics, mechanical engineering, or a closely related technical field.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar design software—willingness to advance through training is expected.
- Familiarity with electronic security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms) is a strong plus.
- Competence with project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Excel.
- 1–2 years of experience in a technical or project support role, ideally within security systems or construction.
- Exposure to on-site coordination and working with technical teams is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; comfortable collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to follow instructions and take initiative without direct supervision.
- Understanding of customer support principles, including empathy, active listening, and a customer-first approach.
