Job Title: Assistant Accountant
Company: Reality Building Materials Trading LLC
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accountant to join our Finance team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience in the home country is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work accurately and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoice booking and recording of purchase invoices.
- Recording and reconciling credit card transactions.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Customer and supplier account reconciliations.
- Petty cash reconciliation and maintenance.
- Assisting with daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Supporting the Accounts team with month-end closing and other accounting-related tasks.
