ITE Eurasian Exhibitions FZ LLC is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join its Finance team in Dubai on a four-month temporary contract. This opportunity is ideal for detail-oriented accounting professionals who can contribute effectively to daily financial operations in a fast-paced international environment.
The successful candidate will support various accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and staff expense processing. Immediate joiners with experience using ERP or accounting software will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Process and verify staff expense claims.
• Support general accounting activities and financial documentation.
• Maintain accuracy and compliance in daily accounting transactions.
• Assist the Finance team with routine accounting and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general accounting.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with 1C or other ERP/accounting systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and international environment.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Bank Reconciliations
• 1C ERP or Other Accounting Systems
