Role Overview
This role supports animal health and production services by applying practical training in animal care, health, or environmental health. The appointee must meet Kenya Veterinary Board registration requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out animal health and production duties appropriate to the appointee’s training and assigned responsibilities.
- Support the delivery of routine animal health services.
- Apply relevant environmental health practices in the course of assigned work.
- Use professional training to contribute to the care and management of animals.
- Perform other duties consistent with the role and the appointee’s qualifications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least a two-year certificate in Animal Health, Environmental Health, or Animal Health and Production from a recognised institution.
- Registration with the Kenya Veterinary Board.
