Job Title: School Administrative Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the school management.
- Manage front office operations and deliver outstanding customer service to parents, learners, staff, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate student and administrative records in compliance with school policies.
- Prepare reports, letters, minutes, and other official correspondence with precision and timeliness.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and school events, ensuring smooth logistical arrangements.
- Support the admissions process, communications, and general office administration.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the school management as needed.
Key Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required
Education & Experience
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ proven experience in an administrative role within a busy school environment.
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other office management systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
