A leading hospitality organization is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable professional to join its Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong understanding of financial operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting accounts payable activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing of financial transactions. Previous hospitality industry experience will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and maintain accounts payable transactions accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before processing payments.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and UAE VAT regulations.
• Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve payment-related discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment matters.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and UAE VAT regulations.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
• Hospitality industry experience will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
