Description:
ZAPS Group is expanding its team in Dubai and is looking for a dedicated Accounts / Finance Executive to support its growing finance department. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with solid accounting knowledge and experience managing financial operations in a fast-paced business environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring VAT compliance, managing cash flow activities, and preparing financial reports. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and reporting requirements.
• Monitor cash flow and assist with financial reporting.
• Prepare reports using Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.
• Support the finance team with month-end and year-end activities.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Good knowledge of UAE VAT compliance.
• Experience with Zoho Books and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
