Description:
Seven Tides Group is looking for an experienced Accountant – Leasing & Property Management to join its Finance & Accounting team in Dubai. This role is suitable for an Accounts Receivable professional with experience in real estate, leasing, or property management environments.
The successful candidate will support financial operations by managing billing, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable activities including billing, collections, and payment follow-ups.
• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders regarding leasing and property-related financial matters.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience.
• Experience in UAE real estate, leasing, or property management is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and IFRS principles.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
• Strong Excel skills and financial reporting abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounts receivable processes and reconciliation procedures.
• UAE accounting practices and compliance requirements.
• Financial reporting and ERP-based accounting systems.
