Description:
Rebel Logistics LLC is expanding its team and is looking for skilled professionals to join its Freight Forwarding & Logistics operations in Dubai. The company is hiring experienced candidates who have knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, and related business functions.
The available opportunities are suitable for professionals with experience in accounting, pricing, operations, and business development within the logistics industry. Candidates should have strong industry knowledge and the ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Applicants must hold a valid UAE Residence Visa, including Freelance Visa, Spouse Visa, or Own Visa, to be considered for these positions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounting activities including invoicing, billing, and financial documentation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records related to freight forwarding operations.
• Support pricing activities, including freight rate analysis and quotation preparation.
• Coordinate shipment operations, documentation, bookings, and customer requirements.
• Develop business opportunities through client acquisition and relationship management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics industry.
• Strong expertise in logistics operations, pricing, documentation, and shipment coordination.
• Candidates must have their own valid UAE Residence Visa (Freelance Visa / Spouse Visa / Own Visa).
• Strong knowledge of:
• Freight forwarding processes and logistics documentation.
• Billing, invoicing, and financial record management.
• Customer coordination and shipment handling procedures.
