Elysian Consulting Group is seeking a skilled Accountant / Audit Associate to join its team at Burjuman Business Tower in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in accounting and auditing who are looking to work with a diverse portfolio of UAE mainland and free zone clients.
The selected candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, audit assignments, VAT and Corporate Tax compliance, and client coordination. This role also offers direct exposure to advisory services while working closely with senior management on a variety of engagements across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare IFRS-compliant financial statements and audit working papers for UAE mainland and free zone clients.
• Calculate UAE Corporate Tax liabilities and prepare and review VAT returns.
• Conduct audit fieldwork by visiting client locations across the UAE and collecting supporting documents.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth day-to-day communication and support.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of accounting or audit experience, preferably within the UAE.
• CA Intermediate, ACCA, or CMA qualification.
• Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Proficiency in Zoho Books, Tally, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE VAT & Corporate Tax Compliance
• Zoho Books, Tally, and Microsoft Excel
