Description:
A growing real estate company in Ajman is seeking a skilled Accountant to join its team in a full-time, on-site position. This opportunity is ideal for accounting professionals with hands-on experience in financial reporting, reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
The successful candidate will play an important role in managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely financial reporting, and supporting month-end closing activities. Candidates with Zoho Books expertise and previous experience in the real estate or property sector will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Record and monitor financial data using Zoho Books.
• Ensure timely and accurate bookkeeping in compliance with company procedures.
• Assist with financial analysis and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to maintain accurate financial documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory.
• Previous experience in the real estate or property sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate financial records.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Zoho Books and bookkeeping practices.
• Financial reporting and account reconciliations.
• Accounting principles and month-end closing procedures.
