Description:
AlJurf Development Projects is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join its finance team. This opportunity is ideal for an accounting professional with UAE experience who can maintain accurate financial records, support reporting activities, and ensure smooth financial operations.
The successful candidate will handle accounting documentation, reconciliations, audit preparation, and accounts payable and receivable activities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of UAE VAT and tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record, maintain, and update accurate financial records.
• Organize and manage financial files, contracts, and payment documentation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and expense summaries.
• Assist in preparing documents for internal and external audits.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and tax regulations.
• Support daily accounting operations and maintain proper financial documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of UAE accounting practices and financial procedures
