About the Role
Skyluxe Real Estate Brokerage L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. This role is critical to our financial operations and requires a candidate with strong real estate accounting experience and a solid understanding of UAE financial compliance. Only candidates with experience in Dubai real estate, including off-plan deals and dealings with developers, should apply. Key Requirements
- Experience in Dubai real estate, including off-plan deals and working with developers
- Experience in VAT filing and Corporate Tax filing
- Proficient in preparing Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheets
- Experience using Zoho Books / Zoho Accounting Software
- Ability to manage accounts receivable/payable, cash flow, and financial statements
- Skilled in preparing invoices, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts
- Knowledge of RERA/DLD-related financial processes is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Experience in commission tracking and follow-ups with channel partners
- Experience in WPS payroll preparation and submission
Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit VAT & Corporate Tax filings on time
- Maintain accurate financial records using Zoho
- Prepare Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and monthly financial reports
- Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense records
- Manage company expenses, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
- Track, monitor, and follow up on commissions from channel partners
- Prepare and submit WPS payroll monthly
- Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and real estate regulations
