Description:
Vidira Concept Wedding Parties Organizing L.L.C. is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals with practical experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and VAT compliance who are looking to grow within a dynamic events and wedding services company.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. If you have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel, this role offers an excellent platform to advance your accounting career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bookkeeping activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Prepare and manage VAT reports in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Process payments and maintain supporting financial documentation.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Maintain timely and organized accounting documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of accounting experience.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• VAT reporting and account reconciliation procedures.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
