Description:
Empire Holdings LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to become part of its growing finance team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play an important role in managing daily accounting activities, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with UAE financial regulations, and supporting budgeting and reporting functions. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare, review, and reconcile invoices, ledgers, and financial statements.
• Support budgeting, financial forecasting, and month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and internal company policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist with financial reporting requirements.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support the finance team with routine accounting tasks.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with UAE experience considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain financial accuracy.
• Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Microsoft Excel
• Accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
• Financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting best practices
