OIA Decoration Design and Fit Out L.L.C is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join its team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, on a part-time basis. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in UAE financial regulations, VAT compliance, and accounting practices within the interior design, fit-out, or construction sector.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE financial laws. Applicants must be proficient in QuickBooks accounting software and fluent in both Arabic and English. Individuals with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently in a part-time role are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and the general ledger using QuickBooks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Monitor project-related financial transactions, including client payments, subcontractor accounts, and supplier invoices.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and bank reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date financial records.
Requirements:
• Proven accounting experience within the UAE.
• High proficiency in using QuickBooks accounting software.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial laws, VAT regulations, and regulatory compliance.
• Previous experience in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a part-time role.
