A growing organization in the UAE is looking for an experienced Accountant with a strong background in the Cargo, Freight, or Logistics industry. This role is ideal for professionals who are skilled in managing daily accounting operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
The successful candidate will oversee accounting transactions, reconciliations, financial reporting, and accounts management while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and financial reports.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledgers.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Assist with monthly closing activities and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements:
• Proven accounting experience in the Cargo, Freight, or Logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Good command of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
