Line Prefab Houses Industry LLC is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to join its finance team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. This full-time, on-site opportunity is suitable for accounting professionals with strong experience in financial record management, reporting, and UAE accounting practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with UAE VAT regulations. Candidates with strong Tally ERP/Prime knowledge and the ability to work independently are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and accounts using Tally ERP/Prime.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and financial procedures.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documentation.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and reports.
• Liaise with banks, suppliers, and clients regarding financial matters.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• UAE accounting experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must be based in Umm Al Quwain or willing to relocate.
